Office Administrator
to support our day-to-day operations and ensure smooth business processes.
Role Overview:
The Office Administrator will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, supporting management teams, and ensuring effective coordination between different departments. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in maintaining office efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily office operations, including supplies, equipment, and vendor coordination.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner.
Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and databases (digital & physical).
Support HR and recruitment processes (employee onboarding, leave records, documentation).
Assist with financial tasks such as processing invoices, expense claims, and petty cash.
Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and arrange travel schedules.
Ensure compliance with Artek's policies and procedures.
Provide administrative support to management and project teams.
Skills & Competencies:
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities.
Confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred).
Prior experience in an office administration or administrative assistant role.
Knowledge of basic accounting procedures and office management.
