Office Administrator (Attendance & Admissions)

to play a key role in the smooth day-to-day running of our school office.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their work -- from being the first point of contact for parents and visitors, to supporting vital processes such as pupil attendance, admissions, and wider school administration.

About The Role

As an Office Administrator at Timbercroft, you will:

Welcome parents, visitors, and stakeholders, ensuring a professional and friendly first impression. Provide day-to-day administrative support including filing, correspondence, and document preparation. Support attendance processes: maintain accurate records, follow up absences, and communicate with families to promote good attendance. Assist with admissions, including nursery intakes, induction meetings, and parent tours. Maintain pupil records and ensure confidentiality at all times. Support school communication through emails, phone calls, newsletters, and other channels. Provide admin support for trips, clubs, pupil meals, and assessment data. Contribute to the wider administrative team across the Trust where required.
This role is varied and rewarding -- no two days are the same. You'll be central to ensuring that processes run smoothly, parents are well-informed, and pupils are supported to get the best from their education.

Organised, efficient, and able to manage a busy workload. A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills. Confident using IT systems and quick to pick up new processes.
