We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Administrator to join our Architectural and Construction team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and have a background in administrative support. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing clerical assistance, and maintaining effective communication within the team and with clients.
Responsibilities
Answer phone calls with professionalism, addressing inquiries and directing calls as necessary
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all records are up-to-date
Utilise Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations
Maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper-based, to ensure easy access to information
Provide clerical support to team members as needed, including typing correspondence and reports
Organise meetings and prepare necessary materials for presentations or discussions
Requirements
Previous office experience is essential; administrative experience is highly desirable
Proficient computer skills with a strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
Excellent phone etiquette with strong verbal communication skills
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Experience in data entry with a high level of accuracy
