Office Administrator
to support our busy team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone seeking a flexible part-time role with a supportive and friendly company.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the team and management
Manage correspondence, phone calls, and emails
Maintain records, filing systems, and databases
Assist with scheduling meetings, site diaries, and coordinating appointments
Adhoc general office duties to ensure smooth and efficient operations
About You
Previous experience in an administrative or office support role (construction industry experience a plus, but not essential)
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Confident with Microsoft Office and general IT systems
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
