Full training and mentor support is provided.
Our working hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
All employees are given at least 22 days holiday, plus bank holidays (full time).

Job description
This is a unique opportunity for an Office Administrator to join our expanding team in Macclesfield.
Collaboras is a progressive and innovative company that provides outsourced medico-legal services to law firms dealing with personal injury and clinical negligence claims. We work with some of the leading law firms in the UK by assisting them with the medical aspects of their clinical negligence and serious injury cases.
We currently have a full-time vacancy to join our friendly team and embark upon a new and exciting chapter in their career. Part-time work may also be considered (a minimum of 3 days a week).
The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and be highly self-motivated, with a good appetite for learning and self-development. There are genuine opportunities to progress within the company in accordance with the candidate's individual strengths and aspirations.
Responsibilities:
General administration including photocopying, printing and scanning
Page numbering and indexing medical records
Preparing schedules of radiology
Data inputting and updating spreadsheets
Handling phone calls and dealing with correspondence (emails, letters)
Chasing payment of invoices
Stock keeping and stationary orders
Assisting colleagues with ad hoc administrative tasks, and specific projects, whenever needed
Assisting the Directors with travel arrangements and bookings
Developing a knowledge of medico-legal procedures within the company
The Candidate
:
Good team player with a positive can-do attitude
Methodical and have superb attention to detail
Strong IT capabilities in using different CRM software as well as Word, Excel. Experience with Macs preferred
Good communication skills (both written and verbal)
To work efficiently under pressure to meet deadlines
