Toner Mechanical & Electrical Ltd are a mechanical and electrical company based in Gerrards Cross, working across London and the surrounding areas to deliver high end residential projects and exceptional service to our clients. We are seeking a proactive and organised Office Administrator to join our team and support both our operations and technical departments on a day-to-day basis.
Key Responsibilities:
General administrative duties to support day-to-day office operations such as answering emails
Answering incoming calls and diverting them appropriately to other staff members in the office
Document control for site teams, including printing and filing drawings, QA paperwork, and O&M manuals
Assisting the Operations Manager with administrative requests and tasks such as site progress tracking via Microsoft Excel spreadsheets
Supporting the Technical Manager with sourcing datasheets and technical information on installed products
Ensuring all policy documentation is accurate and up-to-date for the company
Producing Weekly Reports via Microsoft Word for client reporting at the end of each week based on information received from the site teams
Requirements:
Minimum of Grade C in Maths and English at GCSE
Previous experience in a similar admin role is preferable but not essential
Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential for this role
Must hold a valid UK driving licence and be able to drive to the Gerrards Cross office
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
