The Role
We're on the lookout for a super-organised
Office Administrator
to support our daily office operations.
You'll work closely with the General Manager and wider team to keep things running smoothly - from admin and document control to courier claims, calendar coordination, and everything in between.
This is a varied and hands-on role that's ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail and a love for keeping things neat, accurate, and on track.
What You'll Be Doing
General admin tasks and office support
Filing and document management
Handling cash and chargeback disputes
Processing customer refunds
Monitoring and administering courier claims
Updating and organising internal projects
Ordering office supplies and managing stationery stock
Supporting data entry and internal reporting
Ensuring document accuracy across systems
Assisting with calendar bookings, meetings, and internal comms
Supporting the General Manager with administrative tasks
What We're Looking For
Previous office/admin experience preferred
Comfortable with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
Excellent organisation and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Team player with a positive, proactive mindset
Able to handle confidential info with professionalism
