We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks that ensure the smooth operation of our office. This role requires strong clerical skills, excellent phone etiquette, and the ability to efficiently handle data entry and office management duties. The Office Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting our team and enhancing productivity.
Duties
Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring an efficient workflow.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and promptly, maintaining up-to-date records.
Handle incoming calls with professionalism, providing excellent phone etiquette.
Organise and maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper-based.
Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation as required.
Utilise QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks and financial record keeping.
Support team members with administrative tasks as needed to facilitate their work.
Coordinate office supplies inventory, placing orders when necessary to ensure availability.
Use Google Suite applications for scheduling, communication, and document management.
Experience
The successful candidate should possess the following skills and experience:
Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Proficiency in computerised systems, including MS Office, Excel etc.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills.
