Job Description

We are currently seeking an Office Administrator to join our Team in Ashers Bakery. Duties are as follows:-

Payroll Banking Weekly sales figures Liaise with suppliers and customers Collating daily stock ordering/returns for shops Wholesale and internet whisky cake orders Organising weekend specials Admin ordering Various other office duties and social media coverage

Qualifications



Preferably proficient in Sage, Merit, payroll systems Strong typing and data entry skills Previous administrative and clerical experience Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills Well-organized with strong organizational abilities Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
The position will be Mon-Fri and 1 in every 4th Saturday. Weekly hours are 37.5 hours per week between the hours of 8am and 5pm.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From 12.41 per hour
