Responsibilities
Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls and emails, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring data entry is performed with precision.
Assist with bookkeeping tasks using Sage and maintain financial records as required.
Provide clerical support to various departments under our company umbrella, including typing documents and preparing reports.
Organise meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members as needed.
Collaborate with team members to enhance office efficiency and improve processes.
Assist with marketing projects as required.
Qualifications
Previous office experience is essential, with a background in administrative roles preferred.
