Job Brief



We are looking for an organised and energetic Office Administrator to assist our team of directors and head office with key administrative support. The role would suit individuals who are outgoing, confident and extremely organised and who enjoy plenty of interaction with those around them whilst being able to manage their own workload and focus on completing a number of important tasks each day.

Responsibilities



Key responsibilities will be split between answering the phone to direct franchise support within the head office team, office management, general administration and redirection of sales enquiries (emails and phone) within our network.

The individual will also play a key role in supporting the population and maintenance of our internal systems and software. Support will also be given to other functions within the business as and when required.

Franchise Support



Dealing with and directing appropriately, initial customer or franchisee enquiries (received by email of phone) Assisting internal support teams as and when required

Director Support



Arranging travel and accommodation bookings for directors Collating information/reports on behalf of directors Managing and maintaining systems and records Supporting directors with ad-hoc tasks

Office Management and General Admin



Offering 'initial contact' for visitors and callers Dealing with third parties that provide goods/services to the office Dealing with third parties that provide goods/services to franchisees (stationary, uniforms) Organisation of team and franchisee events (as part of internal team) Drafting weekly email newsletter/communications to our network

Requirements



Strong Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook skills Highly organised and efficient Fast worker in a busy environment Friendly, warm telephone manner and ability to build good relationships with the team and franchisees Excellent time management and planning skills Ability to communicate, report and present to directors and colleagues
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 23,000.00 per year
