Shires Motorcycle Training is a family-run business specialising in Motorcycle Training and Tests, from Taster Sessions through to Advanced Training. We plan, organise and book a candidates training journey, getting them to where they want to be in the most time efficient way possible. Striving to provide exceptional service and training of the highest standard every day. This is our Primary business. We also run and manage the bookings for an Off Road Experience business.
Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Office Administrator to join our small team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth and up to date operations.

Hours
- 25.5 hours per week - Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays or Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays

Your Role:
Take bookings and enquiries over the phone, by email or face-to-face
Answer phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
Cross check the calendar, instructor availability and test slots for each booking
Data entry on multiple platforms including; Outlook, Web Database, Excel, WordPress - accurately and effectively
Provide accurate quotes and pricing information
Build and maintain healthy working relationships with our partners and customers
Manage office supplies and place orders when necessary
Maintain filing systems electronically and physically
Daily Social Media posts / interactions
Keep the office clean and tidy
