We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office by performing a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires excellent organisational skills, proficiency in office software, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The Office Administrator will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing exceptional service and support.
Duties
Manage incoming calls and correspondence, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
Maintain an organised filing system for both physical and electronic documents.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently using various software applications.
Assist with clerical duties such as typing reports, memos, and other documents as required.
Coordinate office supplies and inventory management to ensure the office is well-stocked.
Sales and marketing
Support the administrative team with scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes as needed.
Ensure a welcoming environment for clients and visitors by maintaining a tidy reception area.
Skills
Strong organisational skills with an ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Competent in clerical duties with a keen attention to detail in all tasks performed.
Familiarity with data entry processes and accuracy in handling information.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
