We're a growing and fast-paced business looking for someone proactive, organised, and reliable to support our operations team.
This is a part-time, temporary role -- but if we find the right person, there's potential for this to grow into a
full-time, permanent position.
The Role:
You'll be working closely with the operations team to ensure smooth day-to-day running of the business. From handling admin tasks to supporting logistics and customer communications, no two days will be the same.
Key Responsibilities:
General office administration (email management, filing, document handling)
Supporting the operations team with scheduling, coordination and communication
Updating internal systems and databases
Assisting with onboarding new drivers or team members
Communicating with customers and suppliers as needed
Supporting with general ad-hoc tasks around the office
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in an admin, operations or support role
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
A team player who's happy to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in
