We're working with a fast-growing, founder-led business based in the heart of Manchester. As they continue to scale, they're looking for their
first dedicated Office Administrator / Personal Assistant
to provide crucial day-to-day support to both founders.
This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of the administrative function, bring organisation and calm to a dynamic environment, and become a trusted go-to person across the business.
Key Responsibilities
Personal Assistant duties:
Act as a key point of contact for both founders
Diary management and meeting scheduling
Booking travel and accommodation
Preparing documents, presentations, and reports
Managing confidential information with discretion
Office Administration:
Oversee smooth day-to-day running of the office
Organise team events, meetings, and socials
Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities
Liaise with suppliers, service providers, and contractors
Support onboarding of new hires and general HR admin
Ad hoc support:
Assist with basic finance/admin tasks (e.g. expenses, invoicing)
Help founders stay organised and one step ahead
Be a culture champion, bringing positivity and energy to the team
What We're Looking For
Prior experience in an Office Administrator, PA, or Executive Assistant role
Confident juggling multiple tasks and switching priorities
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Discreet, trustworthy, and great with people
Proactive mindset - someone who just "gets things done"
Comfortable working onsite in Manchester City Centre
