I'm looking for
a superstar Office Administrator / PA
to become the right-hand person to me, the founder of Banana Bee. This is not your average admin job - it's a chance to grow, build, support, create, coordinate and genuinely make an impact in a small but mighty business that's evolving into a virtual assistant agency.
Keeping client admin in check: from lifestyle coaches to estate agents, retreat specialists to recruiters - you'll touch lots of sectors!
Supporting on client accounts (with mentoring from the founder)
Co-ordinating diaries, meetings, and follow-ups like a total boss
Taking meeting minutes and turning them into action (not just words)
Owning small marketing tasks and social media biz
Helping evolve Banana Bee into a buzzing VA agency
Being my second brain - helping me personally and professionally, from inbox wrangling to idea-bouncing to "can you remind me about this thing I forgot to write down?"
About You:
You LOVE being organised and making life easier for others
You're resourceful, proactive, and ready to learn - experience is a bonus but
attitude is everything
You can juggle, prioritise, and stay calm when things get busy
You're interested in building a career in business support, VA work, or small business operations
You have a great sense of humour, good vibes only, and want to be part of something growing and exciting
You're not afraid to roll up your sleeves - whether it's client work, marketing tasks, or helping plan a birthday bash
