Job Description

Due to an employee role change , we are recruiting for an office administrator at our Bishops Cleeve head office. This is a part time role working 27.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday, 0900-1500pm,

and is available for an immediate start.

The role will work alongside both the Accounts and HR functions and would be an ideal job for someone who is interested in a career in Accounts or HR in the future. Full training will be given for the role and the current employee will be available to handover.

Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:



Be the first to answer telephone calls at Head Office, taking/relaying messages from customers and colleagues and forwarding onto the relevant team member Listening to customer complaints, logging details for directors to respond to Sort and distribute internal and external mail Filing invoices and other financial documents Keeping staff files up to date Support with processing locum invoices and payments Data entry tasks, mostly in Microsoft Excel Additional office duties as and when required
