Job Description

Banana Moon Franchise is seeking a proactive and organised Part-Time Office Administrator to join our friendly and dynamic Support Office Team. This is a key role where you'll help keep our operations running smoothly by supporting the administrative needs of our growing network of children's day nurseries and out of school clubs.


As the first point of contact for many of our internal and external stakeholders, you'll be responsible for managing correspondence, maintaining accurate records, assisting the franchise support team with day-to-day tasks, and delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:



+ Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing inquiries appropriately. + Maintain and update office records, databases, and filing systems (digital and paper-based).
+ Manage the company car fleet, including vehicle records, servicing schedules and insurance.
+ Coordinate office supplies and inventory, placing orders when necessary.
+ Support the team with scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
+ Welcome visitors to the office and ensure a professional front-of-house experience.
+ Liaise with external suppliers, service providers, and contractors where required.
+ Ensure compliance with data protection and confidentiality policies.
+ Support HR processes such as onboarding documentation and file maintenance.
+ Provide general administrative support to management and other departments as required.
+ Assist with organising team events, training sessions, or travel arrangements.

Requirements



Previous experience in office administration or a similar role is preferred. Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise work effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). A positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional service. A keen attention to detail and accuracy in work. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Benefits




13.00 - 15.00 per hour depending on experience


12 hours per week (Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday from 9:00am until 1:00pm)
