About our Nursery:
The nursery in Rugby is a carefully planned, purpose-built nursery which offers a stimulating and engaging learning environment for our community's children. The nursery was opened at the end of 2021. The nursery is light and airy even on cloudy days and we are fortunate to have an allotment space for the children to develop a lifelong love and understanding of sustainable planting and growing. The Old Station Nursery Houlton is in close proximity to Houlton Play Park and the new Co-op, with easy access to the main Crick Road and a car park right next door.
What Your Role Involves:
Support the Nursery Management Team in the day-to-day operations of the nursery, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of administrative tasks.
Manage incoming phone calls and emails, responding appropriately or forwarding them to the relevant person or department within the nursery or wider organisation.
Maintain accurate and well-organised nursery records and filing systems.
Develop and maintain a professional and friendly rapport with parents/carers, and liaise effectively with colleagues across other departments.
Carry out any additional tasks reasonably assigned by management, in support of the nursery's overall function and objectives.
Training and Induction:
Full training and a thorough induction will be provided to ensure you are fully supported in your role.
