The Lucy Faithfull Foundation (LFF) is a UK-wide charity that exists to prevent child sexual abuse and exploitation. We're here for everyone who needs us. We protect children by working with people who pose a risk and diverting them from causing harm. We support individuals and families who have been affected by abuse. And we help professionals who work with families to create safer environments for children through delivering risk assessments, interventions, training and consultancy.
About the role and you
We are recruiting for a part time administrator to work within our busy Epsom office over 4 days working 4hrs per day (16hrs per week), supporting the senior administrator and working alongside two other administrators; undertaking administrative tasks to provide support to our friendly team.
You will have the ability to work with sensitive and confidential issues and information, excellent communication and organisation skills and a sound working knowledge of Microsoft packages to include Word, Excel and Outlook.
You'll be a team player with a positive attitude, keen to learn and contribute to our organisation's mission and able to build strong relationships with colleagues.

Here are some of the skills we're looking for and we're happy to support the right candidate to grow and learn on the job:
Maintaining the Contact Inbox
Answering the phone
Drafting correspondence - including letters, minutes of meetings and any other typing that may arise
Opening and distributing post, sending post and arranging collection of parcels
Monitor stationery and kitchen stocks and re-order as necessary
Raising purchase orders for stationery, travel and hotel accommodation, courses and refreshments
Ensuring correct documentation for purchase orders is attached to Xledger and invoices sent to accounts
Booking meeting rooms - internal and external
Attend staff meetings
Assisting senior administrator maintaining and reviewing Health & Safety procedures and keep records as required. Liaise with landlord and contractors if needed
Helping with preparation for meetings at the Epsom office
Administrative tasks connected to our Inform Young People programme
