HR / Office Administrator (Part-Time)

Location: Edinburgh
Hours: Part-time - 2 days per week

Working hours

Tuesday & Thursday

11:00 am - 3:00 pm (4 hours per day)

8 hours per week

Occasional overtime available

Pay

13.00 per hour

Overtime paid at standard hourly rate unless agreed otherwise

Key Responsibilities

HR administration and employee records management

Supporting recruitment and onboarding processes

Managing timesheets, holidays, and basic payroll data

Handling HR-related queries from staff

General office administration duties

Requirements



Previous HR / Office Administration experience in the UK (essential) not necessarily finishing school here but knowledge of basics rules

Good understanding of UK workplace practices

Strong organisational and communication skills

Ability to work independently and handle confidential information

Right to work in the UK
