Job Description

South West Heating Services Ltd are a leading Heating Maintenance and Installation company based in
Plymouth. Due to an award of of new contract we are currently looking to hire an additional experienced administrator to join our team.

The Role:
Initially your role will be to contact our customers to book in appointments for our engineers, dealing with general enquiries and being the first point of contact for the company. The role will diversify as you gain experience and we would expect you to be able to cover all the below responsibilities within the first 6 months.

Responsibilities:
? Scheduling appointments for engineers and diary planning via our customer management system
? Coordinate jobs and allocating job to the engineers
? Liaising with multiple insurance companies
? Invoicing and service tracking
? Answering telephone calls
? Dealing with customer enquiries via telephone
? Ordering boiler spares and components
Skills required:
? Strong administration experience within a busy office environment
? Highly organised and confident
? Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
? Ability to manage your own workload
? Strong computer literacy
? Ability to remain calm under pressure
? Previous experience with a plumbing and heating company (desired but not essential)

Qualifications:
5 x GCSE's grade A - C (or equivalent)
Hours:
8am - 5pm Monday to Friday
Saturday and Sundays during on a rotational basis paid as overtime
Overtime will be required at peak periods.
*Please note due to the nature of the work, annual leave is only permitted to be taken between the months of April and September inclusive.
