Job Description

Paladin Radiators are an established supplier of decorative cast iron central heating radiators.

We are looking for an experienced office administrator / post sales advisor to further develop our customers experience and provide further support to a busy sales office.

A good telephone manner is imperative as is a good written vocabulary in order to respond to our customers with professionalism

It is essential that the correct candidate has the following:

A background in customer service and is customer focused.
A good literacy/telephone manner (the role is primarily email/phone based)
A technical mind with good organisation and interpersonal skills
A good understanding of Windows based software (specific training given)
A proactive personality with the ability to work under pressure independently and as part of a team

Confident and articulate.

Honest, reliable and hard working.

Strong people skills.

Own transport is essential due to location.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience and be educated to A level standard.

Starting Salary - 25,396.80 increasing to 26,208.00 after 3 months probation period.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 25,396.80 per year
