Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Officer to join our survey reporting team. You will be responsible for compiling asbestos survey reports within our organization. Your attention to detail and ability to make informed decisions will be crucial in ensuring compliance and maintaining the high quality G&L Consultancy is built on.
Salary of 22,887.00 per annum based on 35hrs per week.
Duties:
Ensuring job folders are set up and maintained in an orderly fashion on the server
Checking all work has been carried out and completed as detailed within the original quote
Editing aspects of survey, reinspection and sampling reports prior to approval
Verify the accuracy and completeness of survey information provided
Discussing any anomalies with surveyors
Compiling survey reports ready for approval by other approving officers
Drawing survey plans
Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to analyse survey information
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
- Knowledge of asbestos and its use in buildings desired but not essential as full technical training will be provided
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to make informed decisions in a timely manner
