We are now looking for a Full-Time Office Administrator to help keep our small, friendly office running smoothly.

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, self-motivated person with excellent interpersonal skills and an organized approach to take on the role of office Admin.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with day-to-day office operations.
Answer telephone and email enquiries professionally and promptly.
Maintain accurate staff and client records in line with GDPR requirements.
Assist with recruitment admin, inductions, and staff communications.
Ensure smooth communication between the office, care staff, clients, GP's and pharmacists
Front of house duties e.g. Greet visitors in a pleasant and courteous manner and guide them to the appropriate staff member. Operate phone / e-mail / office equipment, as appropriate. Receive and distribute mail.
Initiate, monitor and update staff records.
Undertake other duties, as necessary.
About You
Previous experience in office administration.
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and scheduling software.
Able to work independently and as part of a close-knit team.
Experience in the care or health sector is a plus, but not essential.
The right to work in the UK. (Unfortunately we are unable to issue a COS for this position)
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Good knowledge of IT
