We are looking to hire an office assistant to work in our busy office near St Agnes.
The hours are to be between 9.00am and 3.00pm Monday to Friday.
The right candidate will be joining a fun, hardworking and enthusiastic team that are dedicated to supplying the best possible service to our clients
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the office from filing, taking notes, booking in works, answering customer enquiries to liaising with clients and suppliers.
Knowledge of basic Quickbooks is desirable as this role involves weekly timesheet processing and invoice processing. Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day running of the office to ensure smooth operations
Time-sheet and payroll
Contract administration
Interact with IT, social media platforms, telephone and building personnel as needed
Qualifications
Proficiency in Mac Equivalent to Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
Knowledge of Apple/ Mac Systems ie. Pages and Numbers preferable as this is the main platform we use.
