Part-time (20 hours per week), Monday to Friday, ideally 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM

About the Role



We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented

Office Administrator

to join our dynamic logistics team. In this key role, you'll manage and coordinate our

fleet maintenance operations

to ensure safety and compliance, while also supporting business growth by

engaging new customers

and nurturing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities



Oversee and manage fleet maintenance schedules, ensuring all vehicles meet safety and compliance standards Maintain accurate records related to fleet operations Reach out to potential clients and support the onboarding of new customers Assist with general administrative tasks to support the logistics team Collaborate with other team members to keep operations running smoothly

Highly motivated self-starter who takes initiative and works well independently Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to pitch in wherever needed Excellent communication and customer service skills, both written and verbal Confident phone manner and professional presence Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
