We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator to support our construction operations. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth project delivery through effective documentation, communication, KPIs tracking, and liaison with local authorities.
Key Responsibilities
Manage electronic and hard?copy filing systems for project documentation, correspondence, drawings, contracts, permits, and reports.
Control document workflows: logging, stamping, distributing, registering, archiving, and removing superseded documents.
Admin & Communication Support
Serve as the point of contact for phone, email, and in-person queries--directing communications professionally.
Draft, format, and issue Risk Assessments, RAMS (Risk Assessments & Method Statements), O&M (Operations & Maintenance) manuals, and routine project paperwork.
Schedule meetings, compile agendas and minutes, and assist with diary and travel coordination.
Maintain office supplies, equipment, and tidiness to support daily operations.
Assist in generating invoices, keeping staff and training records updated.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Previous experience in an administrative role within the
construction or project environment
; familiarity with local authority processes is a strong advantage. Proficiency in
Microsoft Office
: especially Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
Excellent
organisational, multitasking, and communication
skills. Strong attention to detail.
Able to work under pressure and handle competing priorities independently and as part of a team.
Preferred: Diploma or qualification in Office Administration or relevant field.
