As AJM continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced
Office Manager / Administrator
to help keep our busy office running efficiently and support both our electrical and renewables divisions.
The Role
You'll play a key role in keeping AJM organised -- managing schedules, client communication, documentation, and day-to-day office admin.
This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily office operations and support the management team
Schedule jobs and coordinate engineers using Tradify, QuickBooks and similar systems
Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer enquiries
Maintain accurate records for certificates, RAMS, vehicles, and stock
Support with invoicing, purchasing, and supplier coordination
General HR and admin duties (timesheets, holidays, onboarding new staff)
Keep the office environment organised, professional, and welcoming
What We're Looking For
Minimum
2 years' administrative experience
, ideally within construction, electrical, or renewables
Highly organised with excellent communication skills
Confident using Microsoft Office and cloud-based systems
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
Positive, proactive attitude and a good sense of teamwork
