Within the Waste & Water Services Division of Franchise Brands, is also Willow Pumps and Filta. Two expanding businesses that focus on sewage pumps and commercial kitchen solutions. Together, the brands provide a complete one-stop shop for keeping water and waste flowing.
We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join our busy office based in East Kilbride. The role would suit someone who has worked within a busy office environment, where a 'roll your sleeves up' approach has been a given. You will have the opportunity to liaise daily with internal and external customers, and will be involved in a variety of duties supporting this small but busy office.
What does it entail?
Respond promptly and professionally to incoming emails and customer enquiries
Schedule and route engineers effectively, ensuring optimal coverage and time management
Act as the first point of contact for clients, providing updates and resolving queries
Liaise with clients to confirm works, book appointments, and manage expectations
Schedule and track regular maintenance for the company fleet, coordinating with service providers as needed
Update and manage records related to transport, fleet maintenance, works scheduling, and engineer activity
Provide general office administrative support as required
What do we look for?
Previous experience in office administration, transport coordination, or customer service
Experience with fleet scheduling or maintenance coordination is an advantage
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Confident using email, scheduling tools, and general office software (e.g. MS Office)
A team player who can also work independently and take initiative
