Duties
Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficiency and organisation.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and in a timely manner.
Handle clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
Answer phone calls with professionalism and provide excellent phone etiquette.
Assist in maintaining office supplies and inventory management.
Prepare reports and presentations using Google Suite applications.
Maintain financial records using QuickBooks, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Support team members with administrative tasks as needed.
Skills
Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail.
Proficient in data entry and clerical functions.
Excellent organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Familiarity with QuickBooks for financial record keeping is advantageous.
Proficient in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
Strong phone etiquette and communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Competent typing skills with a focus on accuracy.
