We're looking for a motivated and efficient office administrator to support the smooth operation of our services. This is a varied role requiring a proactive and adaptable individual with a keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to quality.
Key responsibilities
Providing high quality administrative support to managers and support staff.
Maintaining and updating accurate records and documentation, including staff files, home files, compliance, training, supervisions, quality assurance etc.
Assisting with the recruitment process: posting job adverts, coordinating interviews, processing applications, and conducting reference checks.
Supporting staff onboarding and training, including maintaining training records and arranging induction sessions.
Preparing reports, minutes, policies, and internal communications.
Managing office supplies, equipment, and general upkeep of office systems.
Handling all incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally and sensitively.
Coordinating team calendars, meetings, and appointments.
Assisting with audits, inspections and maintaining compliance across documentation and systems
Managing incoming communications (phone, email, post etc)
What we are looking for
Highly motivated self starter
Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally in supported living, social care, or healthcare (desirable)
Excellent organisational, time management, and multitasking skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
IT literate - confident using Microsoft Office, Teams, and database systems
Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive and confidential information
Understanding of GDPR, safeguarding, and regulatory frameworks
