Office Administrator

in Thurnscoe, UK,on a

permanent basis.

Reporting to

Senior HR Business Partner.

JOB SUMMARY:

As the Office Administrator. This role combines traditional administrative duties with front-of-house responsibilities, serving as the first point of contact for visitors and providing essential support across various departments. The ideal candidate will be friendly, professional, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced office environment.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:




Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a positive and professional first impression. Manage incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries. Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area. o Handle deliveries and incoming/outgoing mail. Administrative Support: Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to internal departments (e.g., HR, accounts). Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and prepare meeting rooms. o Booking transport, hotel and arranging lunch for onsite meetings Maintain office supplies and liaise with suppliers when needed. Cross-Departmental Support: Provide support during company events, meetings, and onboarding processes. Collaborate with team members to improve administrative systems and processes.



REQUIREMENTS:




Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general office software. Friendly, professional demeanour with a customer service mindset. Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
