We have an opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join our team.
QCR, now in its 26th year, is a leading supplier of innovative environmental equipment in the UK, selling nationally to a broad range of sectors. Our customers are some of the best-known names in retail, hospitality, leisure, healthcare, industry and logistics.
Our busy office needs a quick learner with great all round Administration experience, and preferably a basic knowledge of Sage200 or similar accounting package.
This is a demanding role with a wide variety of tasks and responsibilities which include :
Answering incoming calls and transfer to relevant department
Processing orders received by phone, email and web shop using Sage200 and portals, and liaise with the warehouse regarding despatches
Checking invoices received from couriers are charged correctly, checked against POD's
Liaise with customer, recyclers and Area Sales Managers to co-ordinate collections
Keep up to date records of customers insurance policies and set up invoicing where necessary
