Office Administrator
to join our dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities:
Answering and directing incoming phone calls
Liaising with customers regarding project progress and updates
Processing purchase orders accurately and efficiently
Coordinating shipments and managing deliveries
Maintaining and updating internal records and relevant databases
Managing the Director's diary and scheduling meetings
Supporting the wider team with various administrative and ad hoc duties
Requirements:
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Full, clean UK driving licence
Strong organisational and communication skills
Confident using MS Office and administrative systems
Reliable, flexible, and able to multitask effectively
Must have the right to work in the UK (Visa sponsorship is not available)
Desirable:
Interest or background in mechanical and/or automation engineering
