We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing administrative tasks, placing orders, diary management, providing clerical support, and maintaining efficient office systems. This role requires proficiency in various software applications, strong communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Duties
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all records are up to date.
Provide clerical support by preparing reports, correspondence, and other documents as required.
Answer incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
Maintain an organised filing system for both physical and electronic documents.
Placing orders for project equipment, office supplies and assist with inventory management.
Support team members by providing administrative assistance as needed.
Scheduling and coordinating engineers for maintenance visits.
Requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for data entry tasks.
Demonstrated clerical and administrative experience in a professional setting.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on phone etiquette.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
