Handling phone calls, emails, and directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.

Calendar and Meeting Management:

Office Supplies and Inventory:

Managing and maintaining office supplies, equipment, and inventory.

Record Keeping:

Maintaining organized files, both physical and digital.

Financial Tasks:

Assisting with expense management, budget tracking, and invoice reconciliation.

Event Coordination:

Assisting with the organization and execution of company events.

Policy Implementation:

Supporting the development and enforcement of office policies and procedures.

Data Entry and Reporting:

Performing data entry tasks and preparing reports for management.

Reception and Visitor Management:
