RA Dalton Ltd are recruiting an office administrator to work in our busy Crook Office.
The role will include but is not limited to the below:
Working across all departments within the servicing at RA Dalton
Dealing with incoming and outgoing correspondence
Data entry, retrieval, and database maintenance
Extensive email and telephone correspondence
Communicating with all departments across RA Dalton
Undertaking all administration tasks when requested
Essential skills:
Exceptional organisational and time management skills
Competent in Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel
Confident phone manner and written communication skills
Self-motivated
Proven experience in a related role such as Office Assistant, Receptionist or other relevant position
Proficiency in filing and paper management, including the ability to manage business correspondence and the ability to handle confidential information
Excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to research and an aptitude for helping other people
