We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Administrator with Accounting Assistance experience to join our dynamic team.

Duties
Playing crucial role in supporting daily operations
Collaborate with the Operations Manager on procurement, supplier relations and inventory management
Assist preparing and manage essential documentation, including quotes, Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS), and ISO system updates.
Ordering materials/creating PO's
Reconcile PO's / Post suppliers' invoices
Organising returns for credit / Chasing Credit notes
Issuing various of reports
Requirements
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset.
