The Role:
As one of our Administrator / Receptionists, you'll be an integral part of the team that makes it all happen. You'll ensure that everything runs smoothly, from the moment a patient calls to book an appointment to the time they leave with a smile. You'll be the go-to person for both patients and staff, helping to create a seamless, enjoyable experience for everyone.
Responsibilities
Manage incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and direct enquiries appropriately
Organise and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital
Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars for staff members
Handle general administrative duties including photocopying, scanning, and ordering office supplies
Maintain a tidy and organised environment to promote efficiency and safety
Experience
Proficiency in computer skills desirable including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel )
Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Professional telephone etiquette and communication skills for liaising with clients and colleagues
Clerical experience including filing, record keeping, and document management is highly desirable
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail
