Job Description

We are an Animal Feed Manufacturer based in a rural location and supplying Farmers locally and in the surrounding Counties.

This is a permanent role within the Company for an experienced Person to work as part of our Office Team.

The Role:



As part of a small team you will be required to perform general office administration tasks such as:

Answering the phone Take Customer orders Process Customer orders Serve Customers at trade counter Process payments using card terminal Communicating with Suppliers Raising Purchase & Sales Orders Completing Delivery Notes Processing Invoices

You will have:



Experience working with Sage 50 Accounts or similar accounting package Experience working in an Office environment Excellent numeracy skills Good IT skills including using Microsoft Office. The ability to multitask and deal with a high volume of work An excellent Customer service approach

We can offer:



A Full-Time position, 42.5 hours / week. Our Office hours are 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday

20 days Holiday plus Bank Holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 12.45 per hour
