Office Administrator/personal Assistant

Job Description

Busy Shellfish Processor is looking for part time, office-based administrator/personal assistance which may lead to full time position.

Must be hard working, loyal, trust worthy and a team player with high level of confidentiality.

Day to day duty will include:



- Invoicing using XERO accounting software

- Preparing data for payroll

- Weekly pay run preparation

- Export documents preparation and submission

- Provide general administration support to the director

- Maintain files and documentation

- And any other duties required to support the business

Required skills and experience:



- PC literate with good knowledge of Microsoft packages: Excel, Word, Outlook

- Strong communicative and organisational skills: Written and Verbal

- Good attention to detail

- Ability to work as part of a team

- Ability to mulit-task and prioritise workload

- Ability to work without supervision

- Confidentiality

- Previous experience in similar role

- Experience in Xero Accounting Software is desired

Schedule



- 20 hours per week

- Monday to Friday 9am to 1pm

Rate of pay 12.50-14.00 per hour depending on experience.
