We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our dynamic team in Surrey. This role is crucial for maintaining our operational efficiency and ensuring excellent customer service as we specialize in Volkswagen and Ford camper van conversions. The ideal candidate will contribute significantly to our mission of delivering high-quality products and services.
Responsibilities
Manage daily office operations to ensure smooth workflow.
Handle customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism.
Maintain organized records and files for all administrative tasks.
Assist with data entry and maintain accurate databases.
Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for documentation and communication.
Support the finance team with QuickBooks for invoicing and bookkeeping tasks.
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments as needed.
Provide clerical support to various departments as required.
Qualifications
Proven office experience with strong administrative skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
Strong computer skills including data entry proficiency.
Effective phone etiquette and communication abilities.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
