Processing incoming calls without delay, deal with clients and other visitors in a helpful, friendly and professional manner, maintain attendance register and visitors books.
Prepare closed client files for archiving, accept mail deliveries including registered/signed for mail. Prepare external mail for dispatch and, where necessary, take to post office.
Photocopying and scanning.
Other admin tasks as required on a day to day basis

We would be willing to look at a job share for this role.
