Administrative Assistant/Receptionist for our Motor Trade and Logistics Company based on Marble Arch W1H 7AB.
We are looking for a keen, well-spoken, and enthusiastic individual who can work well as a team member. Also, has previous experience within a front-of-house or customer-facing role.
As this is a client-facing role, you must be fluent in English speaking and writing to ensure the success of communications within your team and audience.
Computer skills are important and must have experience using Excel as well as other Microsoft Office features.

Monday -Friday working shift 9am-6pm (may have to do some Saturdays)
Salary between 24,800-28,000 depending on experience and negotiable
Pension scheme enrolment will be included in the salary
Day-to-day duties:
Answering phones, and addressing email inquiries
Basic Data Entry Stock sheet updates
You will provide day-to-day Reception and Administration duties acting as the first point of contact for all visitors/clients
You will maintain the company's central booking system records for meeting rooms and requirements
You will provide effective administrative support and liaise with other administrators
We are willing to train someone but must have basic knowledge of the industry
