The Role
We are looking for a friendly and proactive
Office Administrator / Secretary
to join our team and work alongside our Office Manager. This is a full-time, office-based role where you will play an important part in supporting the smooth day-to-day running of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
Answering phone calls and dealing with customer enquiries
Taking bookings and processing payments over the phone
Preparing and sending invoices
Filing receipts and handling other paperwork
Creating and posting engaging content on our social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram)
General administrative tasks including use of Word and other office systems
Providing excellent customer service both face-to-face and over the phone
What we're looking for:
A friendly, positive "can-do" attitude
Strong communication skills
Punctual, reliable, and willing to learn
Confident using Word and other common office software
Comfortable working in a busy office environment with dogs present (must be dog friendly!)
Problem-solving skills.
