Overview of the role


We are seeking a highly organized, enthusiastic and detail-oriented Office Administrator/ On-site Operative to join our growing car parking team. In this role you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth function of all aspect of our on-site and office based operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and administrative skills, a keen eye for detail, be proficient in office software, keen to learn new skills, and possess strong communication abilities.

What we ask you to do:



Data entry tasks and maintaining accurate records Complete all duties with the attention to detail required in a regulated environment Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, mailing, and filing Make on-site visits to monitor and maintain the optimal operation of our car parking facilities. Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members Greet visitors and provide them with necessary information when needed Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence Complete all aspects of the role with outstanding customer service An organised, punctual and enthusiastic team player who has the the ability to multi-task and handle

What sills and experience are we looking for:



Recent proven experience in an administrative role (at least 1 year) Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Proficiency and confidence in computerized office systems, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Proven experience showing willingness and enthusiasm to learn new skills, technology and operational systems Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills Experience with data entry and typing accurately A vigorous attention to detail suited to working in a regulated environment Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
