We are looking for a proactive and organized individual to help manage our office operations, support client communication, coordinate projects, and assist with administrative and contract tasks.
Administrative & Office Management
Handle day-to-day office tasks like scheduling, document organization, and records management
Maintain company files, legal documents, and contracts
Order supplies and manage basic vendor communications
Organize internal meetings and take meeting minutes
Client Support & Communication
Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries
Ensure timely responses and follow-ups with clients
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Track client service issues and support ticket follow-ups
Project Coordination
Help plan and track simple project timelines and task lists
Follow up with team members to meet project deadlines
Keep clients updated on project status and next steps
Contract & Compliance Support
Assist with preparing and reviewing client contracts
Ensure all agreements are accurate and up to date
Support basic legal compliance filings and processes
General Support
Help the team with other operational or administrative tasks as needed
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to 39,000.00 per year
