We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing various administrative social media management tasks. This position requires proficiency in office IT with Social Media management skills and a strong ability to communicate effectively with both staff and clients.
Duties
Manage daily office operations, including scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all records are up to date.
Handle clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
Provide administrative support to team members as needed, assisting with project coordination and documentation.
Maintain an organised office environment that promotes productivity and efficiency.
Financial record keeping and invoicing tasks.
Communicate effectively via phone, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette when interacting with clients and suppliers.
Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations using Google Suite applications.
Have IT Knowledge to maintain social media activities
Skills
IT skills and social media management is highly desirable.
Be able to produce power point presentations
Edit promotional Video's and upload on social media platforms
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Excellent clerical skills, including attention to detail in data entry and document management.
Strong administrative capabilities, ensuring all office functions run smoothly.
Ability to type quickly and accurately while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Familiarity with computerised office systems and software applications is essential.
Demonstrated phone etiquette skills, ensuring courteous communication at all times.
