Office & Operations Manager

to help us scale.

The Role



This is a key role in our business where you'll oversee the smooth day-to-day running of our office and warehouse operations. You'll work closely with the Director and wider team to keep everything organised, efficient, and moving forward.

From managing admin and compliance, to supporting stock, suppliers, and customer operations, you'll play a central part in keeping our business running at its best. No two days will look the same, and you'll have the chance to really take ownership and grow with us as we expand.

Key Responsibilities



Office & Director Support:



Ensure the office runs smoothly with systems and organisation in place Provide daily operational and administrative support to the Director Manage schedules, reminders, and follow-ups for key projects Oversee inboxes, filing systems, and team communications Prepare onboarding packs and coordinate team updates

Operations & Stock Management:



Oversee stock logs, supplier orders, and warehouse supplies Support the picking and packing team during peak periods Coordinate returns, labels, and deliveries with accuracy Work with suppliers and contractors to ensure smooth operations

Customer & Community Support:



Manage customer service inboxes with professionalism and efficiency Escalate and resolve issues to maintain high service standards Provide occasional support for social media scheduling and responses

Compliance & Finance Admin:



Maintain up-to-date compliance and supplier documentation Assist with basic finance tasks such as invoices, expenses, and reconciliations

What We're Looking For



Highly organised with strong time management and problem-solving skills A proactive, positive team player who takes ownership and responsibility Confident supporting a Director and liaising with suppliers and external partners Able to remain calm under pressure and juggle multiple priorities Comfortable with spreadsheets, email systems, and cloud-based tools Someone who thrives in a varied role and enjoys being at the heart of a busy office
